Returns Policy

To ensure the best possible online shopping experience, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with the services and products we provide.

Customers may return products in resalable condition within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, which should be placed inside a separate return shipping package to prevent denial of the refund.

Return Process

Account holders can request refunds through their Orders tab. Other customers must complete a Osprix Return Material Authorization (RMA) form before submitting a return. Our team reviews each request and provides either an RMA number with instructions or an explanation of the denial.

Returns lacking prior approval or failing to meet RMA requirements will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “Non-Cancel & Non-Returnable”
  • Shelf life items (unless noted on the original order)
  • Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
  • Opened electronics (except defective units)
  • Opened DVDs and software (exchange only for the same title)
  • De-ice boots and spark plugs removed from factory packaging
  • Gill or Concorde batteries (contact the manufacturer first)
  • Dented cans received in transit

Restocking Fees & Credits

Approved returns incur per-part restocking fees. Credits are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an error occurred on Osprix’s part. Re-certification items may face additional charges.
