Safe Shopping Guarantee
Osprix assures customers that online transactions are entirely protected. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, cardholders cannot be held responsible for more than $50 in fraudulent charges. The company covers any liability up to that amount if unauthorized use occurs through their secure server without customer fault. Customers must notify their credit card provider according to its procedures.
Processing Orders
Once placed, orders begin processing immediately. Items stocked in the upstate New York warehouse typically ship within one to two business days. For items requiring manufacturer orders, the company places purchase orders within approximately one hour of order placement. Lead time indicates business days until delivery to the Lagrangeville, NY facility, excluding transit time to customers. Expedited shipping affects only transit time; same-day shipping is available before 2 PM ET for warehouse items. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. Weekend and holiday processing does not occur.
Rush Processing
The company offers rush processing for an additional fee with these conditions: order submission before 2 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding select holidays), successful credit card authorization before 2 PM ET, and shipping address matching billing address. Maximum liability is limited to the rush order fee only. Same-day shipment cannot be guaranteed, though the company makes best efforts. If unable to ship same-day, the $25 rush fee is refunded, and customers are contacted.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, wire transfers, and ACH payments. Pre-paid methods (company checks, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders) require bank clearance before processing. C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on shipping destination state. Tax-exempt customers must establish an account and submit documentation before ordering. Tax credits apply only to orders not yet in the shipping process. Once shipped, tax refund requests must be filed with the destination state.
Order Status
Tracking information is emailed once orders ship. Customers can access updates via the Osprix Real-Time Tracking Tool using their order email and number at the help section.
Backorders
Some items are occasionally back-ordered with lead times displayed on product pages. Order confirmations include current estimated ship dates. Inventory discrepancies trigger automated alert emails.
Cancel Order
Cancellation requests require calling 1-888-759-4335 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET). Refunds are credited minus cancellation fees. Email cancellation requests are discouraged due to high volume. Processing fees apply if orders have begun processing. Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned per return policy. Non-refundable fees include HazMat paperwork and freight forwarding charges.
Product Return Procedure
The Osprix Return Form must be completed for returns. Customers should review the Osprix Return Policy before submission.
Shipping Methods
Processing typically begins within hours, occasionally taking up to 48 hours. Saturday and select holiday processing occurs. Delivery times quote business days (Monday–Friday). Not all services are available everywhere. Options include FedEx Ground (1–6 business days), FedEx 3Day (3–4 business days), FedEx 2Day (2 business days), FedEx 1Day (1 business day), UPS Ground (1–6 business days), UPS 3Day Select (3 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days), and UPS Next Day Air (1 business day). Hawaii and Alaska receive FedEx 2Day service only; selection of FedEx Saver defaults to 2Day with corresponding charges. Saturday delivery availability varies with potential additional charges. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed unless Rush Processing is requested. Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico cannot be guaranteed. Hazardous materials ship only via certain methods with delivery restrictions; contact the company for details. Customers may provide carrier account numbers for an additional handling fee; these services lack tracking and guaranteed delivery.
Export
International orders ship complete and may require specialized handling. Regulations and costs may change between order placement and shipment; customer service reaches out with details at service@osprix.com. Osprix assumes no responsibility for duties, taxes, or fees charged against international shipments; customers bear sole responsibility and reimburse the company if carriers charge duties, taxes, or broker fees to their account.
U.S. law prohibits sales and exports to restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries per U.S. Department of State, Commerce, and Treasury lists. Customers certify they will not engage in unauthorized exports. Proceeding with transactions indicates compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users agree to use Osprix only for permitted purposes under applicable law and guidelines. Access only through provided interfaces is permitted unless separately authorized in writing by Osprix representatives. Automated access methods (scripts, web crawlers) are prohibited. Mail-in Rebates
Rebate usage is limited to manufacturer-specified terms and conditions. Manufacturers directly answer rebate questions.
Promo Codes
Promotional codes (alphanumeric strings) appear in print/online advertisements, newsletters, the website, and events. Codes are non-redeemable for cash and require spending exceeding the discount amount. For example, a “$10.00 off” code requires purchases over $10. Some discounts require $50 minimum purchases.
Price Matching
Osprix does not price match competitors, stating “our parts fly, but our prices are grounded!”
Recordings
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance. Osprix does not consent to recording and reserves termination rights. Customers must provide clear notice and receive prior written consent before recording.
Security
Osprix prioritizes safe shopping environments. Payment and personal information encryption occurs via SSL during checkout. A credit card reference token replaces card numbers for processing. The company maintains full PCI DSS compliance per Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements.

OSPRIX IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY OSPRIX ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY OSPRIX. Manufacturer warranties pass through to customers, who have recourse only against manufacturers. Osprix makes no express warranties beyond those stated. All other warranties (express or implied, including merchantability and fitness) are disclaimed. Items are sold “AS-IS” or “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Buyers assume entire quality and performance risk. Defective items become buyer responsibility for all servicing and repair costs.
Limitation of Liability
OSPRIX’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. The company is not liable for contract, tort, indemnity, contribution claims, or third-party damages, malfunction, service delays, business loss, or exemplary damages, whether or not Osprix anticipated such claims.
Product Listings
Osprix works to ensure accuracy in descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, specifications, pricing, and links. However, the company cannot guarantee complete accuracy, completeness, or currency, nor assumes responsibility for errors. Incorrectly priced items may be refused, canceled, and corrected at Osprix’s sole discretion. Hyperlinks to other websites provide resources; Osprix assumes no responsibility for claims on those sites.
Product Revisions
Osprix is not responsible for specification changes or physical appearance variations. Information updates occur regularly, though outdated information occasionally appears without immediate knowledge due to new versions, color deviations, package alterations, and variations. Manufacturers communicate these differences; Osprix cannot alert customers pre-purchase if manufacturers fail to do so.

Like other e-tailers, Osprix ships items in manufacturer/distributor condition without pre-shipment testing.

All reviews are read before posting; Osprix reserves denial rights for reviews containing:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
New York state law governs disputes without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This agreement’s validity, interpretation, and performance are not governed by the United Nations Convention on International Goods Sales. Osprix and customers consent to exclusive New York State Courts (Dutchess County) jurisdiction and venue, waiving jurisdiction contest rights. Customers agree not to pursue legal action (contract, tort, equity, or otherwise) more than one year after applicable invoice dates.
Severability
Invalid, illegal, or unenforceable agreement provisions do not affect remaining provisions. Invalid provisions are deemed modified to achieve the most similar valid, enforceable result under New York law.
Waiver
Neither party’s failure to require performance waives future performance rights. Breach waivers are not continuing waivers unless made in writing.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with Osprix’s invoice, comprise the complete exclusive agreement between parties, superseding all prior proposals, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and communications. Course of dealing, trade custom, or usage cannot explain or supplement this agreement.
